Daily rate provided below is good for 24 hours. Extension is 300/Hour. The rates are exclusive of fuel. We will provide the car full tank, you will then fill it in full after use. You will only be paying for the fuel you consume. In case the car is not delivered full tank, you can return it the same fuel level as it was delivered.
If you need driver service, the rate is ₱ 1000, driver service is good for 10 hours only. Extension for driver service is ₱ 300/Hour. You will provide driver meal. If there are overnight stay outside the city, client will provide driver accommodation.

How much does it cost to rent a car in Cebu?
Daily rates start at ₱2,000 for a hatchback and ₱2,500 for a sedan, with 7-seater MPVs at ₱3,000 and 9-seater MPVs at ₱3,500, up to ₱5,000 for a luxury van. A motorcycle is ₱700 per day. Each daily rate covers 24 hours, and extra hours are ₱300 per hour.
Is fuel included in the rental rate?
No. Rates exclude fuel. The car is handed over with a full tank and you return it full, so you only pay for the fuel you use. If the car is not delivered with a full tank, return it at the same fuel level it was delivered.
Can I rent a car with a driver in Cebu?
Yes. Chauffeur service is ₱1,000 for up to 10 hours, and extra driver hours are ₱300 per hour. You provide the driver’s meals, and for overnight stays outside the city you provide the driver’s accommodation. For an all-in quotation covering the car, driver and fuel, please contact us.
What do I need to rent a self-drive car?
A valid driver’s license, plus two valid government-issued IDs for Philippine residents or a passport for foreign residents (with an arrival stamp of not more than 90 days).
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A ₱5,000 security deposit is collected when you receive the car and returned in full when you bring the car back without damage.
How do I pay for my rental?
Full rental payment is made in cash upon delivery or pick-up. If you prefer to pay by credit card or PayPal, payment must be made before your rental date.
Can you deliver the car to my hotel or the airport?
Yes. BlueLine offers 24/7 doorstep delivery and pick-up for its rental vehicles, to your home, hotel or the airport. Delivery and pick-up charges depend on the location.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
To modify a reservation, notify BlueLine at least two days before the rental date. If you cancel, please contact us as soon as possible; the reservation fee is non-refundable.
